Super friendly and excellent staff!!!

Friendly hotel and marvellous and good location down the hill. Nice bed in superior double room with multi-channel TV, a study table, and a radio. Lots of EXCELLENT food for meals.

the double room is spotless and has central heating, a work desk, and tv. the location is great and peaceful and they have parking across the street. also it is really close to the mountains, the super-cute local red trains and switzerland.

I always come back to the hotel because the staff is helpful, friendly, and they found my lost ID card. The place suits me perfectly with amenities like Wi-Fi, free parking, restaurant, and a welcome drink. I'll be coming back for Christmas.

The Queen room comes with fun board games to keep you entertained. They serve a tasty breakfast with a good selection of breads, eggs, and meats. You can also find books here to unwind and relax 📚.

The superior king room here was really impressive. I loved that it's right next to the railway station, making it super convenient to catch those adorable local red trains of the Rhätische Bahn 🚂 Also, there's a nice downhill area nearby for added fun!

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, as it is near the train station and close to the centre of the village. The outdoor area is a highlight, with a picturesque view. The breakfast was tasty and freshly made. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

uphill walk to train station was a bit too long for those with walking difficulties

The staff wish you lots of pleasure and joy, as if they genuinely cared about your well-being. The food is fine, especially if you enjoy game and mushrooms. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station for hiking tours in the region.

Just loved pulling my heavy suitcase up the hill path, it was such a pleasure! No elevator made it even more delightful.

Great value for money with a comfortable and charming room, offering a wonderful view of the village and mountains. The location was perfect, close to the village center and railway station. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help, from providing cream for a hurt toe to assisting with luggage and even driving me to the train station. The restaurant had a lovely terrace and served delicious Swiss and Thai food.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

I planned my trip around exploring the scenic Switzerland trains and Hotel Ratia was the perfect location to do so. The hotel is a charming, old farmhouse with comfortable and spacious rooms. The attached restaurant offers delicious traditional German-style dishes and pizza. The owners and manager are friendly and welcoming, making sure guests enjoy their stay. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station, making it convenient for exploring the area. the hotel provides an authentic Alpine experience and is a great base to explore the region.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
